Wow i could only imagine the corruption that would take place at the racetrack if there is a track...It would be like easy money and joe pecsi the jocky putting his feet down not to win...I could on imagine the doping that would take place with the horses...
there is a track. a Dominica jockey won the Kentucky Derby a few years back, then rode like an apprentice at the Preakness. i have not heard anything about him recently.
It's been closed for a few years. The parking lot is now used for cannabalized OMSA buses. I think they still do basic upkeep to keep it from being trashed.
