Dear folks,

I have two questions:

1. Where to buy in Santo Domingo
a) cream to make whipped cream (about 30% fat) - it should be fresh of course (in fridge)
b) Mascarpone
c) Parmigiano Reggiano

2. Does anybody of you know a flower shop with employees speaking English?
Best would be contact via Whatsapp :)

Best regards

There is usually whipping cream in the major supermarkets, La Sirena, Nacional. Nacional also carries imported Italian cheese's, I've bought parmegiano reggiano and Grana Padana there. Never looked for marscapone.

Can't help with florist who speaks English

It's liquid, in a waxed cardboard container, exactly as it's sold in USA, if you're familiar with that packaging

I am. :)

I've never seen it here, but I'm not much of a drinker. You might have better luck finding Campari
