    Sounds more like Diaro Libre needs to spend a bit more time on proof reading, rather than a government coverup. In the big scheme of things 15, whether it actually be 13-14, or 16-17 is a lot better than the 30+ they usually average.

    False information drives complacency. Please do not tell me that learned behavior drastically changed in one or two years. Higher accurate stats will keep the carnage top of mind and hopefully initiate change.

    Ok. I won't tell you that learned behavior changed drastically in one or two years. It probably hasn't. Please tell me what the higher, more accurate stats are, and where you gained your information? I, as well as others, want to be as well informed as you. Facts please.
