When I try to login it responds with invalid user name. Called them but can't get any one to answer. Yep bill is paid in full when due. Tryed to change my password but again invalid user name. thanks

Any one having trouble access email on Claro?
Not sure if the problem is related in any way, but I have had problems logging onto my EDEESTE account all morning. Gives me the same response as you, invalid user name (no joke). Maybe the Russians have hacked DR websites (joke).
When Codetel first offered email addresses, I opted for email@codetel.net.do and they gave it to me.
I used it for over ten years, then one day out of the blue they told me I couldn't use it anymore and shut it down. Jerks.

We have had the same problem. Claro had some major problems and in Puerto Plata many phone lines did not work properly and failed access to the email accounts from Claro. Our phone line and e mail account are working again.
