    Default Rancho Arriba

My wife and I just went over the mountains to Azua. I bought a cheap helmet cam for the trip and I have put the videos on youtube.

, https://youtu.be/4Z2OnFYiT78 and https://youtu.be/OSCRb-8t6Us. I haven't cut much out so they are a bit boring.

On the way back it rained and it was very sticky. The road is much better than it used to be.

We went off the autopista at Piedra Blanca and exited at Cruz de Ocoa on the main south road.

I've come the other direction. The unpaved areas you rode looked drastically improved over my experience. It was 11km. of hell on larger bikes in February.

My bike is a Loncin 150 Comanche. I live just round the corner from the dealer in Santiago and I paid 56.500 pesos. I think that is a good price.
I like the bike, for an old man it keeps me happy.

El ministro de Obras Públicas también informó que hay derrumbes que cerraron el paso en la carretera Rancho Arriba- Juan Adrián,

One wouldn't be able to travel on the new road to Rancho Arriba from Juan Adrian today according to a report in Diario Libre

Great job. Thanks for sharing. I've had plenty of good times in San Jose de Ocoa. Brings back memories. El Manguito looks like a good place to wait out the rain, or kill a few hours.
