For about two weeks BBC Entertainment has vanished from viewing and I have called to request it be re-set several times. They speak as if I am the only one who has called so if there are others who enjoy this channel please join me in a calling campaign to get them to re-set the BBC entertainment channel. Call Delancer at

Several channels have disappeared over the past few of months. Polite inquiries and suggestions seem to fall on deaf ears. I'm not sure the counter staff even knows much about the channel lineup as they certainly never watch any of these gringo channels. I miss Global Toronto.

The USA Network (channel 163 on DeLancer) has been dark for awhile now too.
