Prime Minister Miguel Vargas?
Why?? do you know him , is he doing his job poorly , has he got a bad track record as a minister ?? The old offices have been made more efficient and he has hosted several diplomatic conferences without bad press, he has recalled some ambassadors and he has obtained for Dominicans entry into some more countries without a visa . But may be I have missed something bad about him .
One thing is tell about his record as polititian and another thing is his job as a minister that he got as a prize because the gave the voters from PRD to Danilo making an agreement before elections, but as a minister he is making a very good job, as polititian his acts in the past very very bad.
