Frank the Tank has fully earned the "Tank" part of his handle.

I don't know how many know this about Frank, but the guy has worked his butt off to become the winner of numerous Power Lifting competitions in NYC, and is now the 3rd Ranked lifter in the Master's Division of the local USA Power Lifting sanctioning body.

Powerlifting is a sport that requires enormous determination, discipline, focus, pain and healthy living. For anyone to get a place at the podium in a formal event is an incredible feat.

Congrats, Frank, well done and props. I'm a huge admirer of your efforts and wish continued success!

Congratulation Frank. Most people have no idea of how difficult lifting heavy really is not to mention the inevitable battle with injuries. I have a few friends who competed for a time but it was like the NFL, "not for long" until injuries brought them to a halt. You must be both careful and durable. Really nice achievement.
