my boyfriend wants to apply for his MVV for Holland....first he has to get some legalisations done. What is the problem now.....he has a wrong acta de nacimiento !!!! The name of his mother is wrong. Okay, get a new one, I said....but here is the problem. They (estado civil and an office in Santo domingo ??) can not find his paper.....this can't be really true.
Is there something that I can do....anything, legal or inlegal ???
