    Hi

    Please advise of the cost of my SECOND 4 year permanent residency card. Including all legal fees.

    Default I received a quotation SECOND 4 year residency

    I received a quote to to renew my SECOND 4 year permanent residency



    . Cost for renovation: RD$12,000.00
    -Medical Exam: RD$4,500.00
    -VIP Service: RD$1,000.00
    -Issuance of cedula: RD$3,000.00
    - Honorarium: US$400.00


    Is this expensive /reasonably priced????

    I don't think it's very expensive, but I'd save the 400 bucks and do it myself.

    I'm not sure if there's any difference between first and second renewal.

    Renewals are more complicated than they used to be.

    As for doing it yourself.... if you live nearby - maybe

    For me (2 1/2 hrs away) ...... I'll have somebody do it for me.

    William lives a 5 hour bus ride. Renewals ARE more complicated. In process now and having to redo for the 3rd time what we did the first. I don't know the expense since that is not a concern. The process is a pain and wife at one med. place and me at another across town did get me up to 180.


    Over 20 years legal here and treated like ****.

    I have always had a 'Helper'.....

    Works like a dream...
    But the recent changes - medicals , etc- are driving me crazy(ier).....hahaha

    Wasn't new rule made only lawyers could do paperwork or yourself?
