The idea probably wont fly, but what about the idea of adding a Tech Forum?

There have been MANY posts regarding such various things as:

Smartphones

It was aimed at new members who are learning to use the forum, but I agree with the suggestion to expand it to general tech issues/discussions.

hopefully robert will see it and consider moving it under general forum so that it's more visible.

Not to mention addressing many of these concerns in a third world country such as the DR where consumers having restricted access to the latest equipment and the often spotty and lagging infrastructure locally. If such a sub-forum existed, I'd post there in favor of leaving the current tech choice for actual problems related to DR1 usage as it was originally intended.
