Out of curiosity, has anyone been in a Chinese restaurant in Santiago that serves Dim Sum ?
I'm hoping there's at least one that serves these delicacies.....

Super Rico does. But very limited items.

The link below
is of "The Great Wall" Chinese restaurant in Phoenix Arizona. I would frequent no less than 3 times per week for lunch (dim sum) and 2-3 times per week for dinner with my entire family. Waitresses would push around no less than 10 carts loaded with more than 20 different variations of dim sum, authentic Chinese cooking at it's best, and their menu was outstanding. Used to go to Super Rico every week in Santiago, even though the food was very good, over time the portions got smaller and smaller and the prices increased so when I moved to the Campo I stopped going. Never could understand why they needed an armed guard at the front door, it's in a good area with a lot of traffic and high visibility.
