I was on-line by ICQ to a Brazilian a couple of nights ago who is interested in getting hold of some of the OLD (yes, even those as old as myself & Rob!!) 78 records, especially those with Caribbean origins. He would be happy to consider African, Asian & very early North American/Euroean 78's as well.
We shall be searching the "Thrift" shops for oldies when we return to the UK in May, but if anyone looking in has some input they can give to this guy, I am very happy to act as means of communication to him or pass his details on to you direct (once I have got his permission of course).
