Default Bringing cured meat and fish products into the DR

    Hi!

Does anyone know if you can bring meat and fish products into the DR?
I want to bring some smoked salamon and some cured meat with me when I go. The products are store bought and vacum sealed.

I bring in packs of Hot Dogs all the time with no problems. Should be no problem coming from a grocery.

In practice, no problem, although legally it is either prohibited or subject to certain regulations.
