Grupo Marti Expands to Panama

Santo Domingo based Grupo Martí (they are building their new headquarters building across from Acrópolis Center, next to the Intercontinental Hotel) is now present in Panama with the exclusive importation and distribution rights for Volvo.

In addition, they also have the importation and distribution rights for Volvo in Dominican Republic (they control 15% of the luxury vehicles market), Puerto Rico (5% of the luxury segment.)

Expansions of Dominican based companies such as this one is what's little by little turning Santo Domingo into the real financial and economic capital of the Caribbean.
