Yesterday one of our architects Anaeliza Montas with the support of the Mayor Ilana Neumann presented the new project Sosua in Colors. Some of the paintings look OK, others are shown on half completed buildings - how about finishing the building first.

The term 'lipstick on a pig' comes to mind.

If it is private money anything is welcome, if it's money that could complete the street improvements/repairs or might help properly train Cestur or PN then no.

I was at the beach for an afternoon about 2 months ago and the place was a dum. More so then the normal dump.

I find it to be an outstanding plan of action. Adding colour schemes and artwork to areas or sectors of zones that have been overcome by either blight or decay have historically proven to have contributed to the renaissance of such regions worldwide. A downtrodden area can not rise back from the ruins merely upon one idea, but rather a cumulative collection of suggestions.
