Mucho tapones....for the rest not that bad but there are some areas you probably wouldn’t want to live.
When I was just married in 2003 I lived on Euclides Morillo, next to Pizarelli. A little more to the east. It wasn’t bad, just a lot of noise and dust from Av. los Próceres, and that was 15 years ago, imagine now.
