I used to follow her mom on instagram.  She is a twin, and mostly scripted by her teenage sister.  There are thousands of videos on the account that are just like this one. Her response to daycare, her brother Charles, etc. etc. Mostly teenage slang and a similar “attitude”.  She definitely precocious and has an amazing vocabulary, but it’s very much contrived.
