Default The Imbert Luperon road closed.

If you have not heard already there is a bridge out on the Imbert side of Estrecho. Road is closed.
If you have to get in or out , from Luperon you can get to Estrecho, and then over the bridge to Villa Isabela (like your going to Punta Rucia). At Via Isabella you take the mountain road to Navarrete. Coming back to Luperon, go in reverse! No one knows yet for how long. For us it means we can't go to STI or POP easy. Rum? Check! Langosta? Check! A good steak? problema!

If someone could post a photo of the bridge that would be great.

I understand you can do this. At one place you have to cross the river and I believe its too high for a car. I talked to someone yesterday who came back from POP that way....but he has a 4wd.

Oh, that's not as bad as the bridge in Jamao. Just throw a little coliche in that dip like they did with the one in Jamao and it'll be good to go for another year!
