Just noticed today that my bookmarks for "My Yahoo" have been hijacked.

The links were changed to something similar to the following:

Code:
http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com ..........

I deleted all my "Yahoo" bookmarks used in various browsers and re-bookmarked them as follows:

Code:
https://my.yahoo.com/

I have no idea how long ago it occurred.

There were warnings to change your password when Yahoo was hacked some time ago.

These were the "Bookmarks" in my browsers, not my Yahoo.

It was likley something you updated or installed recently that added this for you.

Always watch out for small check-boxes and such at the bottom of the installation dialog box.

Java updates are a good example of this...

On another note, I was getting a few dozen spam e-mails everyday until I deleted all cookies and stopped allowing third party cookies in Firefox browser. I get very few spam e-mails now.

Talking "Browser Bookmarks" and "Browser Cookies" NOT e-mail contacts.
Yahoo also stores your My Yahoo bookmarks centrally so you can move to different computers and they will still be available. I've used this for years.
