But I am not the Jury!
However having the Judiciary System working on some lever in RD.
I wish him well in the RD Prison system.
I sincerely doubt he will survive the Rd System for five years; which I consider a very light sentence.
Drop the gavel heavily on the bastard.

And, it has only been a couple of years since Pedophiles were NOT able to get a Passport. In past years they were the only criminals to be handed Passports without impunity. Somebody in Ottawa woke up to the call and actually did some good.
