Outdated info in sticky in this forum on Driver's License, Renewals for Residency

The information the closed thread with the sticky on obtaining and renewing driver's licenses, temporary and permanent residency is really outdated and not relevant any more. I would suggest deleting it and compiling a new one. It is the last one in the list of sticky threads and the last post was in 2011. Thanks!
