I have a client going from Chicago to Punta Cana next week. She has duel citizenship. Us passport is expired but she has a valid Brazil passport with address that matches her drivers liscence. No birth certificate. Think we will be OK??

nO EXPERT, BUT i TRAVELLED (sorry!) for years on my expired US passport. YOu need proof of citizenship to get back into the US and that is ok.
I think it was Jim hinsch that posted that it is theairlines that have the last word since they are the ones that pay a fine if the person is not eligible for entry.
check with them to be sure..
