Good morning scott,
just to let you know that I receive your e-mail and that I look forward to meet you in person.
I been talking to Marco ,he speak french, from Montreal and He knows where my friend Donald live. when I said that I got to him refered by you, somehow things where moving vry quick.
Hope weather is not to bad in USA.
Have I nice week-end & keep in touch! J.P.
That isn't exactly French he speaks
More like Montrealian. LOL
Weather has been pretty nice since it cooled off. Little rainy today but warm enough and at least you don't have to shovel it.
Glad I was a help to you get in touch with someone that helped you. Any time you need any further assistance I would be more than happy to help you out if I can.
Marco is one of my best friends in the DR. He is a great guy that has introduced me to many other Expats. He owns Rockys Bar and Restaurant and that is where I hang out most of the time while I am in town. If you want Marco to be your good friend you also can bring down 2 big bottles of VO from Duty Free with you when you go to Sosua
He will give you the cash you paid and also buy you a drink
They can't get VO down in the DR and for the life of me I cant figure out why anyone would want to drink that swill instead of a good Scotch
Just don't go to the Casino with Marco because he is the Kiss of Death.
I caught a great fare for next weekend. I am going on Friday the 3rd and returning the 7th of May. Ended up to be 311.50 with tax which is a bargain.
Regards
