Does anybody know the cheapest way to fly from Kiev (or from Moscow) to the DR (any airport)? Airline search engines often do not list charter companies, especially from Eastern Europe.
I have some friends from there that can only travel on a tight budget, their plans are to come to the DR sometime in August-November time frame, for one week or ten days. I would assume that flights from Kiev to Moscow could be handled quite easily and cheap, so both airports for origin would work. I know many charters go to Punta Cana, does anybody have any contacts at a tour operator office in PC?
I know Pegas and Nordwind operate some flights, but its hard to book this from Europe and we were told it might be better to book for them here (some charter flight rules or something?).
