Well...after all the planning and waiting for the baby to get well, we're finally going to be on our way in a few hours.
It's been quite the ordeal getting everything together and I just know that it's not over yet! The bags are overweight and I'm carrying one too many pieces. But, with a baby I am trying to be cautious, maybe, overly...???
Anyway, can't wait to see some of you real soon.

Hillbilly...unable to fit rice cooker into bag but, am sure you've got a nice big pot for the rice.
The spicy peanut sauce might be a problem...I can't bring the shallots! Will try find some in PP. What about peanuts?! I can't remember seeing any of the roasted kind...Oh well...guess I'll just have to wing it!
