This young guy made a video of something he had never seen before, a woman driver of a carro público aka concho in Santo Domingo.

First for you maybe. Many many years ago when I used to live in SD, there were 2 women on my daily route.

When I lived in EL Ensueno, Santiago, there was a female concho driver on my route for the full 6 years I resided there.

I had a local women in the DR once tell me she was a "Concho" driver but I must have gotten the translation wrong. It turns out she ......You can finish the sentence. I'm afraid to be put on the ME Too list.
