Interesting article about slang

I never fail to be impressed by the slang and comments I hear. Especially when directed towards a beautiful woman who laughs more often than not.

I use a couple lightheartedly once in a while, mixing them up on purpose. Always gets a laugh.

This article reminded me of Bombas puertorriqueñas. I don't recall the ones from DR but I am sure there is a version of this play on words in DR. Afro-Caribbean origins but still similar to what the article described. Thanks for sharing.
