Go to any forum, and click on the blue "+Post new thread" button on the left side just a little below the red,white and blue "DR1" logo.
As an example, go to the top of this page and you'll see the "Forum * Open 8 * General Stuff 8 * Happy Fathers day" underneath the DR1 logo left of center .
This forum is named "General Stuff". Click on "General Stuff" and that will take you to this particular forum.
Click on "+Post New Thread" and you're good to go!
