Urgent: visa for russian tourists needed ?
Please, does somebody has some confirmed information if russian tourists need a visa issued in russia or can they just buy the tourist card on the airport before entering the country ?
Is there a dominican consulat or embassy in moscow, which is the adress & the phone ?
It is very urgent for me to know that. I am Swiss living in Haiti and can`t get contact with the consulate. So if somebody knows: Thank you very much for this information ! Bal.:nervous:
