The C?mara Civil del Juzgado de Primera Instancia of the domicile of the wife has jurisdiction over the case. The proceeding that has to be followed is called an "exequatur" proceeding: you petition the court to validate and "execute" the foreign divorce judgment. The judgment from the local court validating the foreign judgment is then recorded at the local civil registry ("Oficial?a de Estado Civil").
