How much will it cost to go from the airport in Santo Domingo to Higuey????Is it better to rent a car and drive myself???

This depends how many luggage's do you have with you!
If you travel with more as a small luggage, the car is more comfortable, but as well a little expensive!

The busses are normally full and have not too much space for your belongings!
