Your computer must be setup with Microsoft virtual machine if you are using any version of Internet Explorer. Upgrade to IE version 6.0 and you should have no problems getting in.

Sorry, I can't really help you. The chat only serves so many applets, this is to stop a million people being in one chat room and over running their servers.
It's a free chat so this is how they conserve bandwidth and manage to pay their bills.
The other problem is related to your browser and PC settings.
Bottom line, you just need to keep playing with settings and trying to get into the chat.
