I would like to know if anyone has any information about the legal aspects of promoting rave parties in the DR. These are dance parties that last all night in the outdoors or large wharehouses with amusement rides and booths. Would this be a hit or miss? I'm currently a promoter in the U.S.. however Uncle Sam has made these parties hard on promoters.
