I have a group of friends that are planning a trip to Santo Domingo for Carnival. Any tips on dates, what to do, what not to do. I told them to stay at Boca Chica because i will be living in Santo Doming then and it will be eay to get to them. Any advice on the whole situation is welcomed. Thanks a bunch!:classic:
