I am planning a trip to Punta Cana in Feburary 2003 and would like some information .First off does any one know if I can expect nice rainless weather then . I'm looking at the Flamenco Hotel ,does any one know it and if so what are your impressions .
And last but not least can I find automatic tellers there as I usually travel with little cash and get my money at tellers . Thank you all for your help . Speedy
