110V AC, 60 Hz, same plug as good ol' US of A.
I think Monrovians use 220 V 50 Hz. And those plugs like on stoves. The English too.
Now if you don't OWN an adpater now to recharge it being in the DR won't help. The current , voltage and frequency are the same.
