Does anybody know what datas must be submitted to the government registry of real estate property deeds (Registro de titulos) to enable it to issue a certification stating that a certain person is the registered owner of a certain parcel of land ? Apart from the name of the owner is the exact address of the parcel (in this case a house) sufficient or does the registry office need any other datas such as the number of the title to locate it in the registry ?
