Does anyone know of an apartment inSan Pedro for 1 person with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. To either rent or buy for a month or two. Thank You in advance

Try Stars apart/hotel. The owner is very nice and I believe she would give you one for that length of time. Clean and comfortable.
