This is a true story, even confirmed by today's DR newspapers:
It appears that while Hipolito was at a reception in the company of Taiwan's head of state President Chen Shui Bian, many dignataries, members of Taiwan's Parliament and our Foreign Relations Secretary, our Dominican Ambassador in Taiwan Miguel Hernandez was so excited that he decided to sing a song, something totally out of context with protocol, but he went thru it.
While singing the song rattled Hipolito somewhat, what really knocked Hippo out of his chair was the song his inadecuate Ambassador sang and the fact that he dedicated the song to Hipolito.......name of the song??????

True story!!!!check it out. Miguel Hernandez maybe EX-AMBASSADOR by the time Hippo gets back to town. After another one of his Ambassadors before in another trip threw-up and fainted in the middle of a speech in front of an entire audience, Hippo better do something about his selections of aides.
