Hi, I plan to arrive in the Republic on AA979 at 2:30 PM on tues.

At that time I expect my life to take a turn for the better for the next 10 days.

I will buy cold ones at the bar in POP that I hear the most replies from in this message. Anyone? Has to be 3:00PM on.....

looks like I saved myself a few pesos... Ok folks, have yourselves all good holidays. I will be enjoying all that the Republic has to offer for the next 2 weeks. Hasta La vista.......

Why not check out Eddy's in sosua? Lots of folks over there on the weekends.
Or come to Santiago for a day. An aussie a pair of gringos are going to get together on Monday afternoon at a bar up by the Monument..fro a "few"cold ones...You are invited...
Take the Caribe Tour bus to the second stop in Santiago, get a taxi (RD$40 or 35) to the Monumento and go to El Tablon for a few??

Thanks for the heads up HB. I visited Santiago on my last trip. Went up to the monument and caught a ball game. I won't be in the Republic until Tuesday but thanks for the invite. Hope to take a spin through Santiago again this trip. Bought a nice little painting on Sol the first time.
