I am contemplating spending part of my retirement years in the DR and would like to supplement my income doing massage therapy. Does anyone know if there are any laws regulating this industry? Also if anyone knows someone already practicing in the DR, I would love to talk to them about their experiences when I am there in Feb. I will be in Puerto Plata.
