I'm a voice actor who will be vacationing in DR for two weeks. I've searched the internet for recording studios but struck out. Is there a recording studio or English speaking radio station where I could rent studio time so I can service my clients while I'm there?

Of course there is no Englash language radio station. There are, however, lots of recording studios.

Thanks for the info Hillbilly. I couldn't find any studios via the internet so I guess I'll check the Phone Book when I get there.

Try EMCA Studios! It's about the only one with a web page and supposedlyy the best recording Studio.
