it seems a lot of people on this site are married to Dominicans either from other countries or the Dominican Republic.
are there any good honest love stories out there?
also...after the novelty wears off how do people from different cultural backgrounds get past their differences and make the relationship work? does it make a difference where you live? is it more common for foreigners to move into DR to get married or the Dominican(a) leaves?
and how is it with the children. does it impact their sense of identity? in a good way?
