I just received an e-mail from a Christian radio station we do business with in the United States. A group of folks from Wisconsin, no less, (I'm an Iowan, Dubuquer actually, who roots for the Minnesota Vikings and thus has little respect ordinarily for the Cheeseheads among us) who visit here to help the poor at least twice a year are interested in knowing what hurdles they may face in starting a Christian oriented radio station in the Dominican Republic. I checked the archives and couldn't find anything ...
Anyone have any info I could pass along to them about what might be involved legally in getting permissions?
