Auxer question

Where is Auxer really based? The press releases about Viva come out of Traverse City, MI, but a web search on Hoovers has the company based in New Jersey. Are there different divisions?

Also, as of tonight at least, www.auxer.com is down.

The Auxer Group is a Delaware corporation and its based in Michigan since the new ownership took over. Auxer.com has been down since the merger.

The new page is www.vivaairlines.com.

I believe Auxer is to change its name to Viva International. In my opinion it will still be a holding company. Under Viva Intl: Viva Dominicana, Viva Puerto Rico, and perhaps Fina Airlines.
