It appears Aeronautica Civil approved Queen Air certificate renewal and some sources tell me that they have 2 jets to operate initially. Can anybody confirm this? Your info is most appreciated. Note: Queen Air owner is the president of Emely Tours. TIA...

The only thing missing at this moment is the president signature, thats a normal procedure. The president of queen air is Mr. Julio Rosario.

Trans Meridian Airlines is based in Georgia, just called them and they do not operate A320 aircraft. And they also said they do not have any plans with a company called Queen Air or VIVA
