Auxer (Viva/Queen) Announces Delay on Reverse Stock Split

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 30, 2003--The Auxer Group, Inc. announced today that the shareholders who consented to take action in writing to cause a reverse split of the Company stock have decided to reconsider that action and thus the reverse split will not take place at this time.
The previously stated intention of the Company to make an exchange offer allowing conversion of outstanding common stock into a new preferred class has also been delayed pending review of the reverse split decision.

"We are also making arrangements for the deployment of a L1011 from Tucson, Arizona to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This aircraft which has been subjected to significant flight and aeronautical testing is expected to be transported prior to May 31, 2003" - Auxer Group.

If and when it arrives, I think it will fit right in parked next to the decrepit DC4s and Lockheed Constellations wasting away at the end of the runway. Or how about putting it out by the old Dominicana 727 falling apart near the roofless Dominicana hangar?

It can be used for crash and fire rescue drills at the airport. Safety drills and so on

Porfio, what about you and your stupid speeches here. Maybe you will create your own airline and will fly from SDQ to NYC?

Everybody can open its mouths, but who can do the real jobs? Negative people can criticize only. Let's wait, VIVA is not flying yet, so why do you judge?

Viva Flight schedules

Well it seems that we can expect news on Viva's flight schedules out any day now. From a recent news release -

"We will also be conducting pre-operation conferences for Viva on May 29th & 30th . <b>We expect at the conclusion of these conferences to be able to announce, at a minimum, a tentative schedule of flight services". </b>

It may be like VIVA may...

cancel RS and do an AS increase but that is just talks right now. The CEO has the final word and we shareholders always get screwed, BUT one thing Im sure If he do RS he will kill his company like AEROMUERTO......
