Anyone Heard of Colonial Tours?

In checking out SD hotels, I did find a travel agency in SD on the web quoting absolutely amazing rates for SD hotels. Anyone ever heard of Colonial Tours, Arz. Merino 209, Zona Colonial, Tel (809)688-5285? Are they legit, for real? They quote doubles on the American Plan (with kids free) at the Intercontinental at US$67/night, the Melia @ US$76/night & the Napolitano @ US$47/night -- roughly HALF of what these hotels are quoted elsewhere. Makes me a bit suspicious, but interested nonetheless, because if these rates are for real and the agency is trustworthy, it would solve much.

Anyone heard of these guys, know anything about these guys?
