A travel agent (even if they want a small fee) is the best choice if you cannot find seats on your own through various internet resources.
Also you do not have to post in more than one forum here as all new posts are read by regular users.
To be totally honest and this applies to most people who ask this type of question - other than the city you live in and the month you are travelling (and a lot of people don't even say the city they live in) - usually seats are available day-by day and so if you cannot state when you are planning to come and leave it is hard to offer advice.
All of August is not specific enough. Talk to a travel agent, pay them the $20 fee it costs. With all your countrymen coming in August as they do each year plus the PanAm games it will be difficult - so will hotel rooms.
